What are your nutritional claims based on (i.e. Low Calorie, Low Saturated Fat, Low Cholesterol, & Low Sodium)?

I label my dishes according to the food labeling guidelines set by the FDA. These guidelines specifically define how you can label food (such as "free", "reduced/less", and "low").

40 calories or less per RACC* (and per 50g if RACC is small)
Meals and main dishes: 120 calories or less per 100g
1g or less per RACC* and 15% or less of calories from saturated fat
Meals and main dishes: 1g or less per 100g and less than 10% of calories from saturated fat
20mg or less per RACC* (and per 50g of food if RACC* is small)
Meals and main dishes: 20mg or less per 100g
140mg or less per RACC* (and per 50g if RACC* is small)
Meals and main dishes: 140mg or less per 100g
(Not listed on the FDA site) Marks meals and main dishes that are under 500 calories
(Not listed on the FDA site) Marks appetizers, snacks, & desserts that are under 100 calories
